Ship controls & velocity indicator

After a lot of really useful feedback from the Babylon 5 subreddit, I've made some tweaks.

The controls have been updated, the ship won't rotate unless you are turning it now.  Users have mentioned a "stop rotation" button but I am testing out this in case it works.

I've also added a velocity indicator, a line that grows the direction the ship is moving with a length that indicates the velocity. So now you can line that up with indicators from the Friend or Foe system to get the perfect angle of attack.
